If it’s November, that usually means there’s a new poetry broadside available. Things are no different this year.
I’m thrilled to let everyone know that 2015’s limited edition (only 50 copies produced) poetry broadside, ‘Harbour’ is NOW available.
Andrew Steeves at Wolfville’s Gaspereau Press always develops a great concept and then executes it wonderfully. That said, I’m even more pleased than normal with how this year’s piece turned out. With poem text set in Linotype Walbaum along with a title block in a wooden gothic, ‘Harbour’ was printed in shades of blue and black. This year’s broadside also incorporates a fantastic Halifax Harbour illustration by Jack McMaster.
A limited quantity of SIGNED & NUMBERED COPIES (approx. 25) will be AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE for $15, plus shipping.
Copies of older Gaspereau Press-produced broadsides from the last few years [‘table & chairs; set’ (2008), ‘cold spring song’ (2010), ‘the trail is a tangled plumb line’ (2011), ‘dog’ (2012), ‘february afternoon, near tampa’ (2013), and ‘Terms & Conditions’ (2014)] are also still available for $5 each, plus shipping.
Unfortunately, ‘heart’ (2006), ‘hero of the play’ (2007), and ‘rotary; roundabout’ (2009) are completely sold out.
Intrigued? Feel free to contact Matt by eMail (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you’re interested in purchasing any of these pieces.
